Each setup is customised to suit your theme and group size, giving every child the chance to explore and get delightfully messy. Dive into messy fun, splash about with water play, squish some playdough, explore magical mini worlds, get hands-on with nature play, and create through crafting.

Terms and Conditions

All party and event bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. All parents or guardians must sign the Mini Mess Makers – Risk Waiver & Assumption of Risk before children can participate in activities.

 

Cancellations:

We know that life can be messy at times, and not always in a good way! Requests to cancel must be submitted in writing and received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a 50% refund, less any non-recoverable costs incurred, at the discretion of the business.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event, including non-attendance or failure to notify (no-shows).

 

Reschedules:

  • Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing and received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event date.

  • Reschedules are subject to availability and confirmation by the business.

 

Force Majeure:

  • If the business is unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, illness, or other unforeseen events, the business will offer a reschedule or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
